CITEA – CCCI: NEW COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT AND EXTROVERSION
The Cyprus Information Technology Enterprises Association (CITEA), a member of OEB, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), further strengthening cooperation between the organised bodies of the Cypriot business community.
The Memorandum was signed at CCCI’s headquarters in Nicosia by the President of CITEA, Mr. George Malekkos, and the Secretary General of CCCI, Mr. Philokypros Rousounides.
The President of CITEA, Mr. George Malekkos, stated that:
“The aim of CITEA is to further expand the benefits our members receive through this new collaboration with CCCI. Our strategy is to build partnerships with any organisation and institution that can deliver real value to our members. We want every cooperation to translate into tangible benefits, new opportunities, networking, knowledge, and growth for the companies in our sector.”
The objective of the cooperation is to promote digital development, enhance business competitiveness, support digital transformation, strengthen participation in European programmes, and foster international partnerships and networking activities.
CITEA continues to actively build strategic partnerships that create real added value for its members and contribute to the development of a more modern, competitive, and digitally ready business environment for Cyprus.
