The Association was represented by Mr. Kyriakos Kyriakou, Head of the European Programs Committee.  <\/p>\n<p>The conference brought together representatives from 25 European Union member states, as well as officials from the Danish government. The purpose of the meeting was to define strategic priorities for the EU\u2019s digital and technology policy in view of the upcoming Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. <\/p>\n<p>As an active member of DIGITAL EUROPE, CITEA took part in discussions focused on strengthening the Digital Single Market, enhancing European leadership in critical technologies such as artificial intelligence, microchips, and cybersecurity, as well as facilitating innovation investments and reducing bureaucratic barriers for tech enterprises.<\/p>\n<p>The next Pan-European DIGITAL EUROPE members\u2019 meeting will be held in October 2025 in Nicosia, as part of the upcoming Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
